Main problem is swapping is BORING. Its a deterministic process therefore, you put in X, you get roughly X worth of something else, every single time. There is no instant dopamine because there is no randomness or chance. The only way to profit is, if the asset you received appreciates after the swap, which takes time.
To understand it better, lets consider what leverage is, lets say some user uses x2 leverage. They are increasing their risk profile to gain more. Yet, they need to wait for some price action to happen therefore it takes time.
Maybe Swap brings a similar risk profile taking opportunity for the users, with instant results for any token.
Lets say you have 100 USDC and heard about this new token, on X that is promising but risky, it might moon or bust in couple of days. Well, if you are okay with that risk, why not try to maybify your swap to get that token, so that you have the potential to instantly have a bigger position for your risky token. If it fails, it was a risky play already, so forget about it.
Or lets say, you have bought Bitcoin at $120.000 some time ago and its around $70.000 right now. When you have to to exit your position, are you really satisfied with the price you are getting? Probably not, so lets just try to sell those Bitcoin for $120.000 by maybifying your swap right?
These examples could be what users think yet has no way to achieve because Maybe Swap was not a thing before, well that was till today
