Atrium Academy Program Coordinator
🏫 Atrium Academy
📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Contract | 🚀 Target start date: January 2026
Overview
Atrium Academy helps builders grow, founders ship, and ideators dream. We run programs that train motivated individuals for a new generation of careers and skills. Our first program, the Uniswap Hook Incubator, helps DeFi builders go from their first v4 hook to building production-ready products. We also run programs that focus on AI-enablement including GTM Engineer Foundations, Agentic AI Applications, and AI Red Teaming.
We’re looking for a Program Manager who can keep complex educational programs running smoothly while maintaining the community feel that makes cohort-based courses uniquely motivating. You’ll be the connective tissue between our instructors, students, partners, and automation tools, and tasked with ensuring sure every session, email, and data point happens on time and delivers exceptional value to our students.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, automation, and learning. You’ll help deliver programs that teach the next generation of builders in AI and Web3 how to ship faster and smarter.
What You’ll Do
- Run program operations for a suite of educational programs focused on Web3, DeFi, and AI.
- Coordinate schedules across instructors, TAs, guest speakers, and participants to ensure sessions, recordings, and communications are aligned.
- Manage communications across email, Discord, Slack, and other platforms to make sure participants always know what’s happening next.
- Track engagement and retention data across programs, spotting drop-offs early and helping teams improve participation and outcomes.
- Manage existing automated workflows using tools like Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Tally, or similar no-code systems.
- Support participants by answering questions via email, discord, and other communication methods, and surfacing recurring issues or feedback to the team.
- Collaborate on experiments to improve the learner and instructor experience, including testing new onboarding flows, engagement systems, and graduation incentives.
Who You Are:
- Deeply detail-oriented and operationally rigorous: You catch inconsistencies before others do.
- Heavily documentation focused: nothing makes you happier than a well organized Notion playbook that captures your workflows
- Comfortable maintaining no-code automations across tools like Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Discord bots, or similar.
- Experienced (or at least fluent) in Web3, DeFi, or crypto ecosystems: You understand what an LP, smart contract, or on-chain event is.
