🏫 Atrium Academy
📍 Remote | 🕒 Part-Time | 💼 Contract | 🚀 Target start date: October 2025
🏛️ About Atrium Academy
Atrium Academy helps builders grow, founders ship, and ideators dream. We run programs that train motivated individuals for a new generation of careers and skills. Our first program, the Uniswap Hook Incubator, helps DeFi builders go from their first v4 hook to building production-ready products. And our second program focuses on GTM Engineering with Clay.
We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Manager to take ownership of Atrium’s public presence, owning brand awareness and community engagement. You’ll create and run public livestream events, manage social and marketing channels (let’s be honest, they’re often the same), and design engaging experiences that delight our current and future community. This is a high-visibility, part-time role perfect for someone who loves having the mic, thrives on storytelling, and knows how to make tech events engaging.
What You’ll Do
- Run public events: Coordinate, schedule, and moderate all of Atrium’s livestream events. You’ll work with internal team members, external speakers, and partners to ensure smooth, engaging sessions.
- Engage partners: Build a network of partners that help deliver engaging content for our Atrium community, and serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for guest speakers, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Own social media: Manage Atrium Academy’s Twitter/X account end-to-end — from posting announcements, event reminders and recaps, to engaging actively with developers, alumni, and the broader ****technical community.
- Tell Atrium’s story: Write sharp, engaging blogs, posts, tweets and threads that educate Atrium’s users, expand awareness of our mission, and highlight community wins.
- Drive Marketing efforts for Atrium programs: Own LinkedIn, X, and other marketing tools and drive initiatives that increase enrollments into Atrium programs.
What We’re Looking for
- Charisma & presence: Comfortable hosting and moderating live events across a range of topics with fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong communicator and storyteller: Excellent at writing engaging posts and recaps, and a confident speaker on live calls.
- Community-first mindset: Excited to foster a fun, supportive culture for all of Atrium’s current and future builders.
- Social media savvy: Experience running Twitter/X accounts, LinkedIn engagement, or building engaged online communities.
- Organized & reliable: Can manage recurring tasks (weekly events, posts, reminders) without needing handholding.
