Atrium Academy is looking for a experienced entrepreneur and developer to provide mentorship and resources for graduates seeking to turn their Capstones into exceptional businesses. The ideal candidate will be someone who a deep knowledge of web3, experience with fundraising and early stage start-up, and familiar with the DeFi community and VC ecosystem.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Hold 2x monthly mentorship calls with selected teams to accelerate their company launch.
• Work closely with Atrium partners to understand protocol needs, and ensure that current and future graduates are building projects that can deliver tremendous value.
• Foster relationships with new potential partners, VC firms, and grant providers to expand the network of opportunities available to Atrium Graduates.
• Create guides and workshop resources that foster fundraising and launch knowledge in the Atrium community.
• Collaborate with the Atrium Incubator team to insure that course material aligns closely with market demands in web3.

✅ Required Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong Solidity and Ethereum smart contract knowledge
• Meaningful experience fundraising and lauching early stage technical startups
