Problem / Background: What inspired the idea? What problems are you solving?

Every token launch is a battlefield: snipers grab the first block, sandwich bots tax early buyers, teams pull liquidity, nobody gets fair access. The usual fix was to bake logic into the ERC-20 — more code, more audits. But these pains happen in the pool, so the fix belongs there.

Impact: What makes this project unique? What impact will this make?

Control is the governance NFT — just the deployer's own LP position, no admin key.

Challenges: What was challenging about building this project?

To make a launch as one atomic multicall — optional EIP-1167 token clone, pool init, seed mint — with all config passed in hookData.
